We offer full-service International and Domestic Shipping through both UPS and DHL International. No matter where in the world you live, we can ship it there safely for you. We are experts in International shipping and we will take care of all the customs and international shipping forms for you. We offer FREE curbside pick up of your shipping or you can bring it to one of our stores listed below.
Ship Ahead Storage Services
The UPS Store makes coming to school in Boston easy and stress free with our Ship Ahead Service for students. Just follow the steps below to ship your belongings to our secure, climate controlled warehouse and schedule a delivery to your dorm or apartment prior to your arrival in Boston.
For Fall Semester, ship-ahead items must arrive at our warehouse by August 14th if you require delivery prior to Sept 15th. For all other times of the year, items must be received 14 days prior to the requested delivery date.
Step 1: First Sign Up for storage on our website (or by phone). You will receive an email with an activation link. Click on the link to activate your account.
Step 2: Next, click on the Current Customer Login button on our website, and login with your email address and password you chose during signup. Then click the Print Barcodes button on the Customer Dashboard and print a barcode label for each item you are shipping. Then tape one of these barcode labels on each item. We also highly recommend that you write your Name and Phone Number on each item.
Step 3: Finally, ship your items directly to our warehouse address listed below with a shipping company (typically UPS). You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send your items to us. Please ship your items so that we receive them at least 14 days before your delivery date.

The fee for our Ship Ahead Storage service is $25 for each item shipped to us. This fee includes receiving, storing (up to one month) and curbside delivery of your items when you return to Boston. If you ship us items that are over 50 lbs in weight, or larger than 24" x 24" x 24", there is an additional fee of $15 per item. We will contact you when we receive your items to get final payment and schedule your delivery.
The UPS Stores are individually owned and operated franchised locations. Storage and Ship Ahead services are unique to our 6 Boston locations. Free boxes and curbside pick ups are only available at our locations and in the Boston area.
